In connection with the next recording, published on March 28, 2024 on the YouTube channel “Sekielski”, in which Mr. Tomasz Piątek again repeats false information regarding my participation in the house exchange by Mr. Adam Glapiński (or more precisely, by his wife, who conducted the house exchange). ) I present the facts below.

It is not true that Robert Szustkowski gave Adam Glapiński a palace.

It is not true that the houses were not of equivalent value.

Firstly: the exchange was made by the company – not Robert Szustkowski

The exchange was carried out by Era200, in which I was an indirect shareholder, not the sole owner. Decisions were made on behalf of Era200 by the then president of the management board of Era 200, Katarzyna Pogłód. And the wife of Mr. Adam Glapiński negotiated on behalf of the buyers. But the facts, as you can see, do not fit the manipulative thesis that I gave something to someone. I never met Mr. Adam Glapiński, and to this day I only know him from the media.

  1. Secondly: Robert Szustkowski sold the house to the Era 200 company in 2006 (three years before exchanging houses with Adam Glapiński)

The level of absurdity in this conspiracy theory of history is shocking to me. I sold the house to Era 200 in 2006. Three years before the exchange of houses and 10 years before Adam Glapiński became the President of the NBP. In 2009, I had no idea who was the party to the swap transaction. My former house in Zalesie (completely incorrectly called the “palace”) was very neglected in 2009. It required large investments. It should also be remembered that in 2009 the area around Zalesie was a village. Access through mud. It was not, as some people try to portray, “a gigantic, luxurious estate with a huge palace”, but a large villa in the countryside. Anyway, anyone who wants can find photos on the Internet and judge for themselves whether such a house can be called a “palace” or say that “it looks like one of Putin’s palaces.” And the turrets in this house are “Byzantine”, but certainly not “Orthodox”. The previous owners from whom I bought the house were certainly not Russians. I didn’t ask about religion.

In exchange for the house in Zalesie, the Era 200 company (not me – but the company in which I was a co-shareholder) received a house in a great location, very close to the Wilanów Palace. Maybe you need to consider for a moment whether it is better for the company to have a villa in a great location or in the forest with muddy access.

  1. Third: I earned my first million dollars on my own

If you are interested in the beginnings of my business, please see the first entry. The fact that I earned my first million dollars (back in the 1990s!) through cooperation with Russian companies certainly does not mean that I am currently creating some mythical networks of influence for foreign countries. This is absurd! I have five children who live in Poland. I want them to grow up and pursue their goals and passions in a free and democratic society. Anyone who doesn’t understand this certainly doesn’t know me, my history and the many activities in which I helped and will help not only my friends in Africa, but also the victims of the war in Ukraine and those in need in Poland.

  1. Fourth: it was an equal and equal exchange

Mr. Piątek refers to Mr. Rzeczkowski, and Mr. Rzeczkowski refers to Piątek. I got used to. But it is not true, as Mr. Piątek stated in the recording of March 28, 2024, that “Rzeczkowski carefully calculated, and his experts calculated – appraisers – that it was not an equal, equal-value exchange.”

Well, let me just remind you what everyone can read on the website of Gazeta Wyborcza by editor Rzeczkowski, in an article from September 13, 2021.

According to a real estate expert who asked to remain anonymous and looked into the matter at our request, at the time the transaction was concluded, the value of the real estate being exchanged could be considered similar. And this is only assuming that the house near Warsaw was only 260 square meters. In such a case, the entire property would be worth even less than the one in Wilanów.

The speculations stem from the discussion regarding the square footage of the house. Because apparently someone once wrote on the website of the foundation I founded that the house was 700 square meters. Perhaps a volunteer once wrote that. I don’t know. The fact is that it had 260 square meters. This is indisputably confirmed by extracts from the land and mortgage register.

So, to sum up – since it is a fact that the area of the house was 260 square meters, even the anonymous appraiser of Mr. Rzeczkowski admitted that the value of the exchanged properties could be considered similar.

It’s funny that Mr. Piątek can’t even correctly refer to Rzeczkowski’s article, but he also manipulates its content.

Of course, I will have to take further legal steps in connection with the above statements
