Robert Szustkowski, an entrepreneur and philanthropist, sued Ringier Axel Springer Polska for over PLN 54 million, accusing the publishing house of failing to comply with the provisions of the 2020 settlement. In August 2024, the entrepreneur called on RASP to pay a contractual penalty of PLN 50 million for the delay in implementing the provisions of the settlement. When the publishing house refused, the case went to court.
