Recording by Tomasz Piątek

In March 2024, Tomasz Piątek published a recording on the YouTube channel “Sekielski” in which he claimed that Robert Szustkowski had offered a house to Adam Glapiński (he referred to information from Gazeta Wyborcza).

Article by Gazeta Wyborcza

Gazeta Wyborcza was the first to describe the circumstances of Glapiński’s purchase of a house located near Warsaw in 2009. According to articles by Grzegorz Rzeczkowski, Glapiński exchanged a house in Wilanów for a house near Warsaw, but the properties were not of similar value. Rzeczkowski suggested that Glapiński benefited from this exchange, suggesting that it was actually Szustkowski on the other side of the exchange and not the Era company. Due to Szustkowski’s alleged unclear ties to Russia, Rzeczkowski believes that the exchange should have been investigated by the Polish secret services.

Robert Szustkowski’s response

Robert Szustkowski denied these accusations. He stated that he did not know Adam Glapiński and had nothing to do with this transaction. He emphasized that he sold the house in 2006 to Era200, three years before Glapiński swapped houses.

Appeal to the European Union

Szustkowski appeals to the European Union to implement a directive aimed at protecting reputation and the right to image in the face of the growing threat of disinformation campaigns. In May 2024, he presented his position, emphasizing that he never transferred the house to Glapiński and is an apolitical person.

Explanations regarding the transaction

In response to these accusations, Szustkowski explained that he sold the house to Era200 in 2006, and the transaction between Glapiński and Era200 took place only in 2009. Information about his alleged participation in this transaction is the work of journalists’ manipulation.
